Payments on Kenko RSL Performance
Cash on Delivery
A cash on delivery fee of 330 yen is required for cash on delivery. If the total purchase amount is 10,000 yen or more (including tax), the cash on delivery fee is waived.
Please pay directly to the driver of the shipping company at the time of delivery. Please be prepared to pay in cash only at the time of pickup.
Credit card
No settlement fee (to be borne by us). Please inquire with your credit card company regarding the number of times you can use your credit card, interest rates, bonus payment terms, etc.
Credit card information and personal information are encrypted by SSL and transmitted to the credit card company. Please rest assured that we will never know your credit card information.
Bank transfer (prepaid)
Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We will ship the product as soon as possible after confirming payment. (Our store confirms payment every day, so there is no need to contact us after the transfer.)

Issuance of Receipt
If you need a receipt, please enter the name of the recipient and other necessary information in the “備考欄” column during the shopping process.

Shipping and Delivery Schedule
It takes 2 to 3 business days from receipt of order to ship (in case of bank transfer, shipment will be made after confirmation of payment). You can also specify a later delivery date and time.
Kenko RSL Performance is open from 11:00 to 16:00 on weekdays. We are closed for shipping and support on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
Estimated delivery time is 2 days after shipment for Hokkaido and Okinawa, and the next day for Honshu, Shikoku, and Kyushu (excluding isolated islands).
About specifying the delivery date and time
You can specify the desired delivery date and time. We also accept delivery on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays.

About membership (point) service
Point service
Health RSL Performance offers points worth 5% of the amount spent for every purchase as a benefit of membership registration.
Accumulated points can be used at the rate of 1 point = 1 yen on your next and subsequent purchases. There are no registration or annual fees.
How to register as a member

Concerning the awarding of points
Points are only offered for purchases made at the official online store; no points are awarded for orders made through Amazon, by phone, or by postcard. Also, points cannot be retroactively awarded for previous orders, so please be sure to log in to your account before making a purchase.
Points will be accrued after the order is completed, but will not be finalized (validated) until the customer receives the merchandise. Please note that points cannot be used until the transaction is completed.
